A very inspiring journey Mark.

Anyway, here’s another fact/lie. Paul and Jon were in a dressing room getting ready with the other two. Paul was badgering John because it was his turn to write the next song, John was passing him off, he was too busy shaving. Eventually he pointed at one of the others, the one who was reading a book. Then he said, “there, I’ll write a song about that.” And there we go, Paperback Writer

What a great story VB! You done the Beatles bus tour of Liverpool? I went a few years ago, meeting an old scouse friend who said it was amazing - I didn’t expect much but it was incredible. Will worth the trip if you’re ever that way

Ah no, never been on it. I only know the story because Paul told me it.

So looking forward to this, having watched its progress. And the cover is stunning. Looking up Carolyn Gavin to see more of her work. I wonder if she would sell prints of this too.

Thanks Michael. Once you get past the idea of needing a gatekeeper to say ‘yes’, but do all the prep and thinking to convince yourself it has legs, there’s nothing to stop you

Such a gorgeous jacket Mark, this is very exciting! Can't wait to get my grubby mitts on a hard copy. Also how delighted am I to discover Yesterday's working title. I want alternative eggy lyrics for all three (is it three? I can only remember two and a bridge to... what?) verses. Oh no, hang on, love was such an easy game to play just popped back into the noggin. Carry on. ✨🌱🙏🏼
