Not sure if this is the best place to write this - still very much finding my way around Substack, so will be coming to more Gatherings if there is space. But just wanted to say thank you for the 15th April event - it was *not* what I was expecting!
I was expecting to turn up, and "think ahh, this is for these clever people, with a plan and burning with things to say, pull yourself together woman and don't get ideas above your station". And that would have still been a good and useful outcome.
However while I did still think "ahh, this is for all these clever people (etc)" I also unexpectedly thought "but it could also be for me."
I took a lot of notes (many more than I normally do in a Zoom call) and wrote some thoughts up afterwards, and while I'm not going to rush in to anything I am requesting a place on another of your sessions that you recommended. Like many people I've got a lot of stressful things going on at the moment and this is a sudden spark of possibility - so, in short, thanks.
(PS as an aside I really wanted but didn't dare, to ask those present to share their own Substack links, if they wished. Not sure if you feel that would work but it's always so interesting to see what other people are doing on a parallel path).
