Fabulous news on the column and so richly deserved … now there is a reason to go out and get a paper again. As for dukkah, I made some a while ago, lost the recipe and then you pop up with one - it was meant to be!

Used to go to both Israel and Syria in another life. Dukkah was often on the table as a regular condiment. So pleasing

I love that you say it will store for 7-10 days! Whenever I make Dukkah it doesn’t last longer than a couple of days because I can’t help myself from putting it on everything. I adore Dukkah.
